The science of inheritance is one of the most important sciences that a student of jurisprudence must have knowledge of because of its connection to a person’s material life. Among this science is the subject of impediments to inheritance, including murder. But is absolute murder an impediment to inheritance, whether it is rightful or unjustified, or is manslaughter not It is included in it, and is there a difference on this issue between jurists or not?
It is no secret to anyone that manslaughter occurs frequently in human society, and people need to know the ruling on inheritance in this type of killing. The majority said to deprive him of the inheritance and they have their evidence, and the Malikis said not to deprive him of the inheritance and they have their evidence, and the most likely opinion, and God knows best, is the opinion of the public, which is to deprive him of the inheritance.
