The development of the Arabic writing art; a research study

Abstract

It has been remained controverting amongst the writers, that when the Arabic language was started to be written down and who was the first inventor/setter of Arabic alphabets? There are several ideas about the starting age and the inventor/setter. Each school of thought has its ideology and evidence to prove its opinion. This article discusses in a research way status of Arabic language, the foundation stone of basic Arabic alphabets, its natures, supporting alphabets. It also describes the opinions about the writing art of Arabic language with a research and analytical manner. The article description language is Urdu, because of making Urdu speakers/writers know about comparative study of both the languages; Urdu and Arabic in a specific issue. At the end, many outcomes have been given with detail.
